We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, offering us a ride to the supermarket during a snowstorm. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service provided by the hotel was outstanding, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The hotel itself had a charming old-style aesthetic that added to the overall experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. We especially loved the private onsen and the small Kokedama. The meals served at the separate dining room were absolutely delicious. we felt really well taken care of during our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an incredible stay at a charming inn nestled in the outskirts of Japan. The old-style ambiance and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Our room had a private onsen and the view was breathtaking. Despite language barriers, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The traditional Japanese meals were a delicious and authentic experience. The lobby and common areas were spacious, clean, and exuded a sense of tranquility. we highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable stay.

We recently stayed at a traditional Japanese inn in a quiet countryside town. The staff were friendly and offered us free transportation from the station to the inn. Our room boasted a private hot spring bath with a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed delicious meals, including a kaiseki dinner and a hearty breakfast. In addition, we loved the public baths, especially the open-air tubs.
Our bed felt a little flat at times, but that certainly didn't detract from the overall experience.

We appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, who were very kind and attentive during the stay. the traditional and pretty style of the venue was lovely, with a great open-air bath that was enjoyable to relax in. We also liked the gift we received from the gift shop; it was a nice touch that made us feel valued.
The location was less than ideal. the distance to the station was inconvenient, especially during winter.
